HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

All abstracts should not exceed the limit of 300 words. Please follow the provided abstract template (you can choose between a .doc or .pdf version below). The abstract paper must be a .doc, .docx or .pdf file, less than 2Mb in size. To get transfered to the submission form, please click the submission button below.

ABOUT POSTER PREPARATION

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PREPARATION:

  • You can use your own template.
  • The size of the poster should not exceed the dimensions of the A0 standard: 118.8 (Height) x 84.1 (Width) cm (46.81 x 33.14 in).
  • All the necessary supplies will be provided, in order to set it on the board.

DEADLINE

Abstract submission deadline:
will remain open for late submissions

Registrations will open:
19 September 2018

We accept late abstract submissions, after the deadline, mainly for poster presentations (once the Conference-program is finalized no more oral presentations can be added).
